Our process, step by step

  1. Step 1: Start with an honest evaluation

    No generic lesson plans or one-size programs. Every student starts with a reflective evaluation, so we understand their strengths, challenges, goals and learning style.

  2. Step 2: Meet a tutor matched to them

    Within 24 hours we pair your child with a tutor who fits them academically and personally, by subject, learning style and goals.

  3. Step 3: Follow a plan built for them

    A fully personalized plan can include core subjects (math, English, science and history), SAT®, ACT® and AP® prep, ISEE and SSAT preparation, support for advanced coursework, and time management and study skills. Sessions are one-on-one, at our Newport Beach office or live online anywhere in the country.

  4. Step 4: Build habits that last

    This is more than homework help. Students learn to think critically, solve problems strategically and build the habits to succeed on their own, while their tutor tracks progress, adjusts the plan and gives regular feedback.
