Who can book a free lesson?
K–12 students can book a free lesson for subject or language tutoring. It excludes SAT/ACT test prep and peak test weeks. Test prep, college counseling and college application writing start with a free consultation instead.
What happens in the free lesson?
Your child works with a matched tutor, who looks at knowledge gaps, study habits and how they approach the subject. Afterwards you get practical feedback and a short roadmap with the areas to focus on and the recommended next steps.
How quickly will my child be matched with a tutor?
A coordinator matches your child within 24 hours, by subject, grade level, curriculum and personality.
Is the lesson online or in person?
Either. Sessions take place online, or at our Newport Beach office, 4695 MacArthur Ct Suite #1141, Newport Beach, CA 92660. We do not offer in-home tutoring.
Do I have to sign up for more sessions afterwards?
No. There is no obligation. The free lesson is there to make sure we are the right fit for your child before you decide.
How does payment work?
Payment is made securely via Square, and families are billed only for sessions attended.
